Colleen has been a professional chef and caterer for  approximately  ten years and has been nominated for “chef on the rise”. As owner and executive chef, Colleen intimately understands the Jamaican food and event scene, having worked at the prestigious Round Hill Hotel and Villas, where she honed her skills using the best quality ingredients for high-end clientele.  Her strengths include managing staff, logistics, designing menus and events to accommodate every budget, style and taste.
